Part of the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The grape variety used is tinto fino (tempranillo).
Aged in French and American oak for 12 months, with a maceration time of 22 days. Its production includes a malolactic fermentation process carried out in new barrels at a high percentage for approximately 1 week in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. This wine, when properly stored, will maintain its potential for the next 3-7 years.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 14-16°C. Alcohol content of the Celeste crianza red wine: 14 degrees.
