The Red Wine Estéreo from Bodegas Canopy and Bodegas Attis presents this red wine made from 50% century-old high-altitude Garnacha from the Méntrida area (granitic soils with abundant rounded stones) and 50% Sousón from Rías Baixas, from the Val do Salnés subzone (decomposed granitic entisol soils). It is a red wine with great personality, marked Atlantic character and very limited production (400 bottles and 200 magnums). Production: Manual harvest in perforated 15 kg boxes. Manual selection at winery entrance. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in open 500-liter barrels. Total maceration of 15 days with 2 punch-downs each day. Manual vertical press. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Aging of 12 months in French oak barrels. Clarification and filtration. Bottle presentation with 3D label and vision glasses included. Bodegas Canopy is located in the village of Camarena, 40 kilometers from Toledo and 70 from Madrid. The origin of Canopy wines lies in the different harvest steps, from the double selection of grapes, once in the vineyard and another at the winery, until when the wines begin to be made, treading the harvest in small 1500-liter vats to extract all the aromas and nuances from the grape in the gentlest way. Throughout this process, respect for the raw material is extremely important, so no additives are added. The purpose of all this is for people to enjoy the wines as much as the Bodegas Canopy team enjoys making them. From Val do Salnés, in the heart of Rías Baixas, Bodegas Attis makes authentic, artisanal and Atlantic wines. Behind the brand lies the wine project of brothers Robustiano and Baldomero Fariña, who together with Jean François Hebrard have set out to make different wines, paying attention to their variety, plot or production, bringing out each nuance and aroma given by the climate, terroir and of course, the Atlantic.
