The Red Wine Legaris Alcubilla de Avellanera from Bodegas Legaris presents this D.O. Ribera del Duero (Spain) wine, made from 100% Tinto Fino grapes. The launch of the Village Wines range marks the beginning of the new phase we are undertaking at Legaris, where we want to express the richness, uniqueness and diversity of Ribera del Duero. This wine shows a perhaps lesser-known profile of Tinto Fino, such as that from the province of Soria. From a small vineyard located in Alcubilla de Avellaneda, we craft this singular wine with a very distinctive Tinto Fino profile: elegant, floral and delicate.

Viticulture: this wine has been made exclusively with the Tinto Fino variety. The grapes come from a vineyard of about 20 years located in Alcubilla de Avellaneda, a village belonging to the province of Soria that is situated at 926 meters altitude.

Winemaker’s recommendations: we recommend decanting 60 minutes before consumption and serving at 16ºC. This wine will have good bottle evolution over the next 8-10 years if kept under proper storage conditions.
