Sincronía Negre Organic Vegan

The Red Wine Sincronía Negre Organic Vegan from Bodega Mesquida Mora presents this red wine from the V.T. Mallorca Denomination of Origin, made from Callet, Gorgollassa, Monastrell, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. It is the young red wine of the house, a blend of native and foreign varieties that is fresh and easy to drink. «Sincronía» is the magic of life. What we sometimes experience as something negative becomes an opportunity. It is what occurs simultaneously with something else. This range gives birth to the young wines of Mesquida Mora. Vinification: Separate fermentation of the different varieties and subsequent maceration. Once uncovered, malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and blending is done, followed by aging in French and American oak barrels for 6 months. Mesquida Mora Vineyards: Mesquida Mora is a small winery, on a human scale, with a controllable and manageable vineyard extension that allows knowing every inch of land cultivated using biodynamic methods. The winery’s viticultural puzzle is made up of eight plots that are between 3 and 65 years old. Certified by the Consell Balear d’Agricultura Ecològica, these vineyards are planted on calcareous, clay and call vermell soils. All of them draw a varietal mosaic where the first examples of foreign varieties planted in Mallorca coexist with native Mallorcan varieties. With the will to leave fertile and rich soils to future generations, vineyard management is based on dialogue with nature: cover crops are sown, compost and biodynamic preparations are applied, and medicinal plant infusions are used; gestures that help achieve optimal quality grapes, expression of the soil-climate-variety triangle.
