The Viore Cosecha Red Wine has been crafted from 100% Tinta de Toro variety, with D.O. Toro designation. The Viore Cosecha Red Wine comes from controlled vineyards, the terrain has favorable climatic conditions due to the area where it is located. The wine’s elaboration has been carried out with destemmed and crushed grapes, with short maceration periods of the skins and controlled fermentation at low temperature, thus achieving maximum preservation of the fruit’s own aromas and flavors. Bodegas Riojanas was founded in 1890 by the Artacho and Carreras families, it is one of the 13 denominated as Centenary Wineries of La Rioja. It is a family winery that is currently managed by the fifth generation. Bodegas Riojanas is a classic winery that employs new technologies for the elaboration of its wines, and is gaining ground in other denominations of origin.
