Zinio Reserva Tempranillo

The Red Wine Zinio Reserva from Zinio Bodegas presents us with this red wine D.O.Ca Rioja (Spain) made from 100% Tempranillo grape variety.

Serving temperature: 17-19ºC

Destemming, pre-fermentation maceration for 24 to 48 hours and fermentation at 25ºC, with gentle extraction of tannins and aromatic compounds.

Aging: 36 months divided between American oak barrels and bottle rest.

Altitude: 550 – 590m

Soil: Clay-limestone. Own vineyard.
