Part of the D.O. Catalunya. Made from a blend of varieties including: garnacha tinta, cariñena, syrah and tempranillo. Its production features a fermentation process of 10 to 15 days carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17°C with a maceration time of 1 day. The rosé wine DE CASTA 2012 is bottled on demand. This wine stored in good conditions will maintain its potential for the next 2 years.
