El Aprendiz Prieto Picudo

This wine is made 100% with the unique and indigenous prieto picudo variety using the ancestral «madreo» technique, which consists of adding whole clusters, without destemming or crushing, during the course of alcoholic fermentation. This technique improves the color tone, body, aromatic intensity and the amount of natural carbon dioxide present in the wine. It is an ideal wine for appetizers with cold cuts, pasta, rice dishes… It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C.
