Beronia Rueda Verdejo

The grapes used to make Beronia Rueda Verdejo are grown in selected vineyards, and are hand-harvested at their optimal moment of ripeness.

The production process of Beronia Rueda Verdejo begins with cold fermentation of the grapes, which allows preserving the natural aromas and flavors of the grape. Subsequently, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks, which gives it greater complexity and texture in the mouth. Beronia Rueda Verdejo presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, and on the nose presents aromas of tropical fruits like pineapple, mango and passion fruit, as well as white flowers and fresh herbs.

On the palate, it is fresh and fruity, with balanced acidity and a persistent finish. Bodegas Beronia was founded in 1973 by a group of friends who shared a passion for wine and gastronomy. Since then, the winery has specialized in producing high-quality wines using traditional methods combined with modern techniques. The winery has more than 20 hectares of its own vineyards in the La Rioja region, and works closely with local farmers to select the best grapes for its wines. In addition to Beronia Rueda Verdejo, the winery produces other wines such as Beronia Rioja Crianza, Beronia Reserva and Beronia Gran Reserva, all made with Tempranillo grapes.
