Caecus Verderón

The white wine Caecus Verderón is made with 95% Viura and 5% Malvasía and belongs to D.O. Rioja.

The grapes are harvested manually and the must ferments in American oak barrels for 5 months where batonnage is periodically performed until it acquires its complexity and volume while maintaining its freshness and fruity character.

The vineyards are located in Elciego, province of Álava, at the La Romañiguez estate and the wine is made by Bodegas Pago de Larrea.
