Part of the D.O. Penedès. Made from Xarel-lo grapes suited to the surrounding terrain and climate, sourced from a vineyard cultivated following organic and biodynamic agriculture principles. All grapes destined for San Credo production are hand-harvested and pass through manual selection tables before pressing. In its winemaking process, the grapes were destemmed and subsequently macerated with the skins. The must fermented in oak barrels and was aged for 33 days. TASTING NOTES WHITE WINE CAN CREDO: Visually stands out for its straw-yellow color with slight golden reflections and steely rim. It is a clean and bright wine. Medium intensity, expressive, delicate and very well defined.
On the nose it presents mineral aromas with light notes of white stone fruits, citrus notes, soft floral memories and light toasted notes that compose an elegant and pure nose.
On the palate it stands out for its elegant entry, with an unctuous, balanced and subtle passage. It is silky and tense. It is clean, structured, with very good acidity, deep and somewhat rebellious. It has a mineral and lightly toasted aftertaste. FOOD PAIRING WHITE WINE CAN CREDO: Combines excellently with oven-roasted white meats, grilled salmon, vegetables and greens. The ideal serving temperature for this product is between 10° and 12°C. Alcohol Content of White Wine CAN CREDO: 12.5 degrees.
