Cimbrón Rueda Verdejo Selección White Wine

The Cimbrón Rueda Verdejo Selección White Wine from Bodega Félix Sanz D.O. Rueda is evocative and aromatic. With a pre-fermentative maceration of 50% of the Verdejo grape, it facilitates the extraction of aromas and its subsequent aging on lees provides volume and longevity. It is a straw yellow colored wine, with medium intensity and deep greenish reflections. Herbaceous tones and balsamic echoes predominate, with nuances of stone fruit and citrus tones that provide flavor. Pleasant on the palate entry, aromatic and glyceric. Fresh, elegant, smooth and structured at the same time, it is ideal to serve at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC with all types of starters. Complex and much desired finish with long persistence in the mouth.
