El Bufón de Arrayán Albillo Real

It is one of the wines that Bodegas Arrayán calls «Village Wine». It comes from different micro-plots of almost century-old vines (over 80 years), of the native variety albillo real located in the lower part of the municipality of Cebreros (Avila) at 700m altitude. Arrayán wines seek the expression of different terroirs and their typicity. From vineyard to winery, all processes are carefully managed: organic cultivation, manual harvest, cluster selection, spontaneous fermentations of the grapes (without addition of oenological products) and aging adjusted to the needs of each variety; in order to obtain maximum purity and personality. The result are fine and elegant wines.
