Best Sauvignon Blanc of Spain, SEVI Guide 2020
Impromptu Sauvignon Blanc White Wine: This wine belongs to Bodegas Hispano-Suizas and holds the Utiel-Requena Designation of Origin. It is composed of 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The must is statically decanted for 24 hours and then only the clean part of the must is fermented in new American oak barrels of 400 liters unit capacity at a temperature of 14°C. Once fermentation is complete, it remains on lees until bottling. It has an alcohol content of 13.5%.
Recommended serving temperature between 8°C and 10°C.
