This wine is made with 100% Godello grapes, sourced from the Paraxe Vilanova y Outarelo, where century-old vines are planted at an altitude of 450-500 meters above sea level. The harvest is carried out manually, in 15 kg boxes, to ensure that the grapes arrive in perfect condition at the winery.

Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, in 500-liter barrels and stainless steel tanks, respecting the personality of the variety to the maximum. Subsequently, the wine undergoes 8 months of aging on its lees in French oak barrels, which gives it structure, richness and great aging potential. The Luz Paraxe Cestelas Crianza White Wine presents a bright golden yellow color.
