Part of the D.O. Rias Baixas. Made from the Albariño grape variety. Its production includes a 15-day fermentation process carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18ºC. This wine is a tribute to the folklore and nature of Galicia, land of great forests inhabited by mystical and magical beings.
Serve this wine at a temperature of 8-10ºC. Alcohol content of Pazo Das Bruxas white wine: 12.5 degrees.
