Pescador

Part of the D.O. Ampurdán. This wine has been produced in Ampurdán, in Catalan Empordá, a region located in Gerona, where the climate is Mediterranean. It was the ancient Greeks who introduced this tradition. This wine uses Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grape varieties for its production. TASTING NOTES FOR PESCADOR WHITE WINE: Visually, it stands out for its very light greenish-yellow color with brightness. On the nose, intense and persistent fruity aroma. On the palate, it presents itself as fruity, sparkling and very pleasant. PAIRING FOR PESCADOR WHITE WINE: It is excellent as an accompaniment to any type of fish and seafood, and also pairs well with rice. Serve this wine at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC. Alcohol Content of PESCADOR WHITE: 11.5 degrees.
