Sapientia Sauvignon Blanc

“Sapientia Sauvignon Blanc” is a young white wine that stands out for its organic quality and vegan certification. Made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine reflects the excellence of the Denominación de Origen Rueda, in the region of Castilla y León, Spain.

The grapes used in this wine come from the vineyards of Nava del Rey, cultivated under organic farming practices certified by the Consejo de Agricultura Ecológica de Castilla y León.

The vineyards are located on terraces with river stones, known as gravelly soils, near the Río Duero. These soils facilitate water drainage, reducing the likelihood of fungal diseases.

The production of “Sapientia Sauvignon Blanc” is carried out in stainless steel tanks, using the yeasts present on the grape skin. Subsequently, the wine is stabilized with bentonite and undergoes cold settling, followed by filtration through natural cellulose plates. This process guarantees the purity and quality of the wine, preserving the natural characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc. Viticulture is carried out with a sustainable and environmentally respectful approach. Natural treatments are used, such as infusions and herbal broths, including horsetail, chamomile, among others.
