The vineyards are between 15 and 35 years old, ensuring quality grapes, while younger vines (under 15 years) are destined for other wineries to maintain the standard of excellence in each bottle.

The vineyards are trained in bush vine style, with three arms and two spurs, and are oriented to the southeast to make the most of the morning sun and protect against frost. The soil is one of the secrets of this wine: it consists of layers of silty and clayey sands, alternating with limestone and marl, which provides great minerality and aromatic complexity. Additionally, its altitude of 846 meters favors slow ripening that preserves acidity and aromatic intensity.

Harvesting is manual, in 25 kg boxes, ensuring that each bunch arrives at the winery in perfect condition.

The harvest took place on October 10th, obtaining a total of 7,600 kg of grapes from six contiguous plots, with a yield of barely 2,576 kg/ha. This low production is synonymous with concentration and quality in the final wine. The result is a young, lively and expressive wine, distinguished by its intense cherry red color, aromas of fresh red and black fruits, and its juicy and balanced palate.
