The Red Wine Beronia III A.C. from the Beronia winery with D.O. Rioja composed of three grape varieties: Tempranillo 96%, Graciano 2%, Mazuelo 2%. Part of the selection from our own vineyards with more than 70 years, in addition to the use of our pre-phylloxera vineyards. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for several days, alcoholic fermentation below 26ºC with periodic pumping over.
Aging in new French oak barrels for 15 months.
