The red wine Beronia Reserva belongs to Beronia winery, which has been part of the González Byass family of wineries since 1982. It belongs to the Rioja denomination of origin. This wine is made with an excellent combination of the best grapes: 97% Tempranillo, 2% Graciano, and 1% Mazuelo. After careful selection of the best grapes from the oldest Tempranillo vineyards, the most recognized grape of Rioja, along with Graciano and Mazuelo, this wine underwent slow and careful controlled fermentation with periodic pump-overs to extract the desired color and aromas. Beronia Reserva aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels. It then completed its aging for 24 months in bottle before going to market. The bottle is 0.75 L. It is recommended to consume this wine between 16°C and 18°C. This wine has an alcohol content of 13.5%. It has a total acidity of 5.9 and volatile acidity of 0.8. Beronia is a Spanish winery located in Rioja, founded in 1973 by a group of businessmen who were friends. Today, this winery is a reference both nationally and internationally and belongs to the Rioja denomination of origin, which is Spain’s most recognized denomination. To the north it borders the Cantabrian mountains and to the south the Sierra de la Demanda, creating a unique environment for producing Spain’s finest wines.
