Coto de Hayas Solo Tirio

The Solo Tirio Syrah Red Wine is elegant, harmonious and balanced. It belongs to Bodegas Aragonesas and has Denominación de Origen Campo de Borja. It is created using a traditional method of fermenting at less than 25°C with maceration over 8-10 days in stainless steel tanks. It is made from selected grapes from vineyards about 20 years old with calcareous and ferrous clay soils, with perfect adaptation to the climate and soil of the area. The Solo Tirio Syrah Red Wine is made using the semi-carbonic maceration method on part of the grapes. When alcoholic fermentation ends, bleeding and pressing proceed. Then, after malolactic fermentation, a short aging in French oak barrels is carried out on one third of the wine. 14% Vol. alcohol. Serve at 16°C.
