The grape variety used is 100% Tinta Del País from the oldest vines of these wineries. It belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero.
The aging of this wine was in French oak barrels for 12 months and then it was left to rest in wooden tanks for a few months before being moved to the bottle rack. The ideal temperature to serve this wine is between 16 and 17ºC.
