This wine is made 100% with the unique and indigenous prieto picudo variety and has an aging of 9 months in barrels of 75% French oak (Allier) and 25% American oak (Missouri). It stands out for its freshness, red fruit, length and the smoothness of its tannins that allow it to be paired with an infinite variety of dishes, from meat stews to blue fish.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
