The Red Wine Gran Buche comes from an area known as «el raposo» in Extremadura. Where the clay soils of an area with an altitude of 560 meters. How El Raposo originated: It was in 1860, when a chance event drew people’s attention to the waters and mud of what is today the Spa. The guard, realizing the animal’s disappearance, went out to search for it, when he found it lying in the puddles of the stream that crosses the valley, it was covered in mud. Thinking it was dead, he shook it and was greatly amazed that it got up with great ease and without symptoms of illness. The news spread among the inhabitants and the nearby villages began to use the waters of the puddles to bathe all kinds of sick animals, all were cured, the healing powers of the waters were evident, which later not only cured their animals, many people were healed with these waters.
The harvest carried out for wine production is done manually, with rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the winery.
