The grapes come from vineyards over 40 years old. At the beginning of winemaking, cold maceration of the grapes is carried out for 4 days to preserve fruit aromas and achieve greater extraction of color and soft tannins.
Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature and finally the wine is aged in barrels for about 4 to 6 months. La Poda Tinta de Toro is an ideal wine for aperitifs, accompanying barbecues or various meat dishes. A mature, vibrant and spicy wine.
