La Quinta Vendimia

We present the Red Wine La Quinta Vendimia Crianza from the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin (Spain), crafted from 100% Tinta del País grape varieties, sourced from old vines (80 years) from Alcubilla del Marqués and Pedraja de San Esteban, Soria. This wine has been aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels, providing exceptional complexity and depth. Our century-old Tinta del País and Albillo vineyards are distributed across different orientations, on loamy and sandy-loam soils with variable presence of pebbles according to each plot. This diversity of soils and orientations contributes to the wine’s complexity and aromatic richness, allowing optimal grape ripening and the development of unique characteristics in each bottle. The Red Wine La Quinta Vendimia Crianza is crafted with grapes from the Tinta del País variety (100%) from old vineyards located in Alcubilla del Marqués and Pedraja de San Esteban, in the province of Soria.

The harvest is carried out manually, selecting clusters at their optimal ripeness point. Subsequently, they are destemmed and ferment spontaneously, with post-fermentative maceration that extracts the maximum aromatic compounds and smooth tannins from the grapes. The must is gently pressed and aged for 14 months in new 500-liter French oak barrels, which provides spicy notes, vanilla, and a well-integrated tannic structure. The Red Wine La Quinta Vendimia Crianza stands out for its intense and bright red color.

On the nose, it presents complex aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and blackberries, alongside subtle notes of spices, vanilla, and cocoa derived from its oak aging.

On the palate, it is balanced and elegant, with silky tannins and a long, persistent finish that leaves a pleasant sensation. This wine is produced in a limited edition of 585 bottles, making it a gem for wine lovers seeking exclusivity and quality.
