Red wine from the land of Castilla y León.
The harvest is destemmed and lightly crushed. After the cold maceration process, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: carried out in French oak barrels for 8-12 months. Subsequently, bottle aging for 6-12 months. The passage of time may cause precipitates or sediments to appear in the bottle.
Serving temperature 14º-16ºC
