RED WINE MARQUES DE VALDUEZA GRAN VINO DE GUARDA The red wine Marqués de Valdueza Etiqueta Azul is made with 47% Syrah, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot. It belongs to the D.O. Vinos de la Tierra de Extremadura. Technical direction is carried out by Dominique Roujou de Boubée. The vineyards are located in Finca Perales, in Mérida, which presents a unique terroir characterized by the soil, subsoil, vegetation layer, Extremaduran climate and human intervention. This wine has an aging of 12 months in French oak barrels and 9% of its aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Serve this wine at 16º temperature, it is recommended to decant it one hour before serving. High aging potential.
