Notes on RED WINE MONTE ODINA GARNACHA: This wine belongs to the D.O. Somontano. The grape variety used is 100% Garnacha.
The production of this wine is carried out in several phases. First, the harvest which takes place at night. Then destemming and crushing of the grapes. Later, pre-fermentation maceration for 6 days at 10ºC. And finally, fermentation up to 25ºC with two daily pump-overs. It is recommended to serve this Monte Odina Garnacha Red Wine between 16º-18ºC. Alcohol content: 15%. Regarding food pairing, this wine is ideal with red meats, roasts and stews.
TASTING NOTES: In appearance; it boasts a cherry red color with violet rim and crystalline aspect.
On the nose; intense and clean aromas can be perceived with touches of flowers and rosemary.
On the palate; it is a complex and elegant wine. Dark fruits like blackberry can be noted on the palate along with toasted notes and coffee.
