Red Wine NOC. This red wine made with Tempranillo is one of the winery’s high-end wines, a complex and complete wine made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from vineyards located in Manzaneque covering 9.4 hectares with sandy soils and limestone stones at an altitude of 750m above sea level with 1% slopes.
The harvest is carried out at night to ensure the grapes arrive at the winery with maximum quality. Once at the winery, they are manually selected and destemmed, then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and malolactic fermentation in old concrete vats. Subsequently, the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels to begin its aging process.
