Pago de Los Capellanes Crianza Red Wine

The Pago de los Capellanes Crianza Red Wine belongs to the Pago de los Capellanes winery, located in Pedrosa del Duero (Burgos) and holds the Ribera del Duero denomination of origin. It is made from 100% Tempranillo grape variety. For its production, once the grapes are harvested, alcoholic fermentation takes place for 30 days, followed by malolactic fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 20ºC for about 22 days. Finally, it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels with medium toast and the rest of its aging in bottle racks, about 18 months.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16º and 18º and to decant it one hour before serving.
