This wine, with an intense color and cherry reflections, comes from the Riojan winery Perica. It is made with Tempranillo (90%), Garnacha (5%) and Mazuelo (5%) grape varieties.
The harvest is carried out manually in boxes. Grape selection is performed using conveyor belts and the most innovative grape selection systems.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in French Oak vats, where malolactic fermentation also occurs.
Aging is carried out in Bordeaux barrels for 24-28 months, combining new French Oak and Eastern Oak barrels.
Bottle aging for at least 18 months before going to market. It has an alcohol content of 13.1%.
Recommended serving temperature is 16ºC.
