This is a wine from Bodegas Estancia Piedra, crafted with grapes exclusively produced by the vineyard located in Pago de Cantadal. It is a modern trellised vineyard that is over 20 years old. Its soil and climate characteristics make this wine, 100% Tinta de Toro variety, unique and distinctive.
Cherry-colored with cardinal edges, it offers fresh and intense aromas of strawberry and currant, and its palate is elegant, fresh and balanced. The Red Wine Piedra Joven undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of maximum 25ºC, where it also subsequently undergoes malolactic fermentation. The young wine has no barrel aging and undergoes very light filtration, making it a fresh and very fruity wine, seeking the greatest expression of the Tinta de Toro grape.
