The Red Wine Prados Fusión is made with 65% Garnacha and 35% Syrah. It belongs to Bodegas Pagos Del Mocayo and has a D.O. Campo de Borja designation. The Garnacha and Syrah were hand-harvested under optimal ripening conditions.
Pre-fermentative maceration was carried out for 4 days at 10°C. The maceration and fermentation processes were carried out simultaneously during the following five days at a temperature of 25-28°C. Alcohol content: 14%.
Serving temperature: Serve between 14 and 16°C.
