Organic wine from Bodegas y Viñedos Valderiz, belonging to the D.O. Ribera del Duero and made with 95% Tinta del país and 5% Albillo grape varieties. From estate vineyards and organic farming. Grapes from vineyards planted by Tomás Esteban with an age over 30 years, productions of 4,000 kg per hectare. Completely free from mineral fertilizers, systemic treatments and herbicides.
The winemaking is very gentle, without major extractions, in steel and wood tanks with a capacity of 14,000 kg. During production, no enzymes or yeasts other than those native to the grape itself are used.
