Valderiz Juegabolos

Organic wine from Bodegas y Viñedos Valderiz, belonging to the D.O. Ribera del Duero and made with 100% Tinta del país grape varieties. From estate-owned vineyards and organic farming. Grapes from the Juegabolos vineyard planted by Tomás Esteban in 1988, the peculiarity of this vineyard is that in the upper layer there are 1.5 meters of gravel which makes the ripening perfect and the environment very healthy, then we find clay which supplies the vine with all the nutrients and water it needs. Production is 4,000 kg per hectare. Completely free from fertilizers and systemic treatments.

The winemaking is very gentle without major extractions, in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 6,000 kg. During production, no enzymes or yeasts are used other than those native to the grape itself.
