J. Chivite Family Estates presents us with the White Wine Chivite Las Fincas from the I.G.P. 3 Riberas (Spain), made from 100% Garnacha Blanca and Viura grape varieties. You didn’t expect this, a new marvel from Bodegas Chivite for 2024: Las Fincas Blanco, in line with their famous rosé. It’s not just any jewel, it’s like the ‘white’ sapphire: exceptional, brilliant, delicate and with all the aromatic potential of its Garnacha Blanca and Viura varieties. The Chivite Las Fincas range is made only from select vineyards in Navarra and seeks a profile of more avant-garde wines full of creativity. This wine is made only with free-run juice – the first must resulting from crushing, without pressing – and ferments at controlled low temperature to help slowly extract all that aromatic potential that will remind you of stone fruit and tropical fruit. It’s intense, balanced and lively. J. Chivite Family Estates is a winery that, founded in 1647, is one of the dynasties with the greatest history in Spain. Eleven generations of Chivites have passed on the torch of winemaking tradition. During this time, Chivite has grown, adapted to new market and consumer demands, and created a brand that today is synonymous with maturity, elegance and know-how. The excellent vine cultivation takes place mainly in the renowned Finca Legardeta, located 40 km from Pamplona, right where Atlantic and Continental climates converge. Currently, the estate occupies 103 ha of vineyard, which, perfectly integrated into the ecosystem of native scrubland and trees, and due to climatic conditions, gives rise to slow and complete ripening of grapes that configure the profile of Chivite’s range of products with quality, freshness and elegance.
