The White Wine Cosme Palacio 1894 from Bodega Cosme Palacio presents us with this White Wine D.O.Ca. Rioja (Spain), with grape varieties Malvasía and Viura. 91 points James Suckling. A serious Riojan white, unctuous, with body and great aromatic intensity. It undergoes complete fermentation in 500-liter French oak barrels, where it also remains for 12 months during aging on its fine lees with weekly bâtonnage.
