The poor soils, with a limestone rock base and short aging on lees add aromatic intensity, minerality and body. The result is a very honest Chardonnay that invites you to enjoy. WINEMAKING Cold skin contact for 12 hours with temperature between 4°C and 6°C. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature between 15°C and 17°C. Aging for 4 months on its fine lees.
