Part of the D.O. Rueda. Made from the grape variety: 100% Verdejo fermented in barrel. Hand-harvested with successive selections.
Aged on fine lees in barrels for approximately 6 months. Its production includes a fermentation process carried out in new French oak barrels, with cold maceration for about 12 hours. On the nose it is characterized by its aromatic potential and fresh aromas with touches of white flowers, of great depth and elegance.
On the palate it has controlled acidity, with good freshness and flavor where the aromas described in the nasal phase can be appreciated, with a long retronasal finish of complex aromas.
