MONTENOVO WHITE WINE
The white wine Montenovo made with 100% Godello grape belongs to the D.O. Valdeorras. A good example to discover the Godello grape.
Harvesting is done manually, with subsequent skin maceration. Static settling and fermentation using native yeasts. No malolactic fermentation is performed. Clarification with mineral agents. Cold stabilization and light filtration through earth. Natural cork with vintage marking.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 9º and 11º. Well preserved, it will evolve favorably over the next 3 years.
