White Wine Ochoa Calendas Vegan is composed of 3 grape varieties: the Viura variety provides freshness and liveliness, the Chardonnay variety gives structure to this wine and a small percentage of Moscatel contributes fantastic floral aromas. It is perfect for those who are starting in the world of wine, as well as for those who like aromatic and fresh white wines. The story: There has always been a white wine in our range, whose blend has varied over the years. In the 80s we made a wine exclusively from the Viura variety. When the Chardonnay variety was approved by the denomination, we included a percentage because it provides aromatic benefits and in the 90s we decided to include a small percentage of Moscatel, because it contributes tropical aromas, making the perfect combination. Today, Ochoa Calendas White is made with the 3 varieties and much care.
Recommended temperature: serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
