This wine comes from the vineyards of the Pago de Cirsus winery, Denominación de Origen wine from Navarra. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grape. Cold pre-fermentation maceration at 5°C. Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures. Between the second and fifth year for optimal consumption period. It has an alcohol content of 14%.
Recommended serving temperature between 6°C and 7°C.
