The White Wine Ramon Bilbao Lias from Bodegas Monte Blanco presents us this D.O. Rueda (Spain) wine, created from 100% Verdejo grape varieties. Fermentative maceration for 10 hours at 6ºC in an inert atmosphere. Alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC in concrete tulips and racked in barrels with lees in suspension through bâtonnage once a week. 8 months of aging in new French and Hungarian oak barrels. Vineyards over 20 years old located in our Las Amedias Estate. The winery within the estate itself ensures optimal reception of the fruit.
