• Sight: Golden yellow without excess
• Nose: True to Albariño character (balsamic laurel notes), slightly dry countryside notes, subtle hint of dry and clean eucalyptus leaf, foreground of ripe apple.
• Palate: Pleasant entry with clean opening, where its freshness takes the lead and where laurel, lemon and apple from its first phase are complemented by a pleasant note of fresh herbs with a measured and pleasant bitter background that brings it to life.
Bottle: 0.75 L.
Production: good organoleptic balance thanks to grapes from our vineyards, destemming, cold pressing at low pressures with pneumatic press, cold settling, controlled fermentation between 18 and 20ºC.
Alcoholic strength: Serving temperature: 8-10ºC.
