Yllera 5.5 Verdejo Frizzante

The Yllera 5.5 Verdejo Frizzante White Wine is made with 100% Verdejo grapes. It is a partially fermented must that reaches 5.5 degrees of alcohol. The vineyard age is between 15 – 25 years. It belongs to Bodegas Yllera. Production of Yllera 5.5 Verdejo Frizzante White Wine: Night harvest by machine (to preserve the freshness of the grapes). Exclusively first-pressed flower must in pneumatic membrane press. Destemming. Cold skin maceration for 8 hours. Partial alcoholic fermentation at 3ºC for 3 weeks, until achieving 5.5º alcohol (in stainless steel). With a density of 1086, fermentation is naturally stopped to leave natural sugar residues. Clarification and racking. Bottling. Serve this wine at a temperature between 5ºC.
